I began my career as engineer at the the French Direction Générale de l'Armement, working on sky surveillance programs.
But, at the peak of the COVID crisis, I was appointed deputy prefect
in the departement of Calvados, Normandy by president Emmanuel Macron.
Beside from the usual security duties, my mission was to deploy emergency economic policies in order to protect employment while laying ground for
the ecological transition and an industrial rebound.
I continued to work for the French economy from the Directorate for Enterprises in Paris, leading a team dedicated to innovation policies.
My job was to coordinate the national investment plan France 2030, with special focus on the Venture Capital funds.
