I am a deputy prefect in the departement of Calvados, Normandy.
Before this, I was a civil servant at the French Direction Générale de l'Armement, where I was also pursuing a PhD at Institut Polytechnique de Paris under the direction of Thomas Bonald.
My interests include data science, machine learning and graphs.
